Mitigation Project Manager

What you'll do

• Develop division procedures, workflows, equipment management, and job tracking
• perform water extraction, demolition, drying setup, and mold remediation
• map moisture and develop scopes of work
• maintain equipment
• build referral relationships and track leads
• prepare or review estimates and job documentation
• monitor profitability and collections
• recruit, train, and develop technicians as the division grows.
