What you'll do

• Responsibilities may include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities
• supporting mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as directed
• helping with essential household tasks
• observing and reporting changes to the supervising nurse
• assisting with self-administered medications only as permitted
• documenting care
• following infection-control, safety, and confidentiality procedures
• and communicating with patients, families, and the clinical team.
