Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite role in Garfield, NJ. Compensation is $44,768.00 per person per year. This role exists to provide a structured, family-like environment for students, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development. Houseparents will offer daily supervision, mentorship, and manage household routines to help students reach their full potential.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

Experience working or volunteering with youth; High school diploma or GED required.
