Monitoring Center Supervisor — Second Shift, Weekends

Compensation is $24–$25 per year. The Monitoring Center Supervisor role is onsite in Lynn, MA, leading an assigned shift in the Monitoring Center. ; the posting lists pay as TBD. Wayne Alarm Systems’ Monitoring Center supports customer safety through life-safety response and customer care. This frontline supervisor keeps shift operations effective by monitoring activity, supporting operators during busy or difficult situations, coaching and holding employees accountable, and communicating operational needs to management. The role helps maintain reliable alarm response, customer service, and adherence to procedures.

What you'll do

• Manage the Monitoring Center during the assigned shift
• ensure operators follow procedures and remain engaged and productive
• assist with calls, alarms, escalations, and challenging customer situations
• coach and train employees
• address performance and conduct concerns and document corrective conversations
• communicate staffing and operational issues to management
• maintain knowledge of monitoring systems and protocols
• complete required training and certifications, including TMA Five Diamond standards
• collaborate with other departments.
