Business Development Manager

What you'll do

• Support Preferred Employer Groups through visits, calls, correspondence, orientations, benefit fairs, lunch-and-learns, and charitable events
• educate prospective and current members about products and services
• maintain group records in the CRM
• coordinate with the Financial Education Specialist
• assist with events and recruitment materials
• research and solicit new employer groups
• prepare monthly activity and expense reports
• serve as a liaison and back up other Business Development functions as required.
