988 Clinical Supervisor, Overnight

What you'll do

• Answer calls, chats, and texts alongside Crisis Counselors
• model empathetic, professional clinical interactions
• assess suicide and other safety risks
• coordinate wellness checks, mobile crisis dispatch, and care with BH Link, 911 dispatch, and municipalities
• support counselors during shifts
• manage coverage scheduling
• organize scenario debriefings
• maintain resource and referral materials
• review documentation and service metrics
• submit critical incident reports
• and train and supervise Crisis Counselors.
