What you'll do

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and utensils
• load racks and operate the dishwasher
• sort and stack clean dishes and deliver them to storage or the cook’s line
• test sanitizing levels
• hand-wash pots, pans, and trays
• remove trash
• set up and break down the dishwashing area
• clean mats and floors
• fill and empty soak tubs
• assemble and disassemble the dish machine
• report wash or rinse temperatures below safety standards
• follow handwashing practices.
