What you'll do

• Set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems for testing
• load software onto platforms
• build, configure, troubleshoot, and integrate hardware packages
• support upgrades and deployments
• lead classroom and hands-on training
• train end users
• manage training sessions and daily system operations
• coordinate with engineering and design teams and update training materials. Occasional travel to support training and integration at other locations is required.
