What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop plumbing service and installation teams
• set expectations and support hiring, onboarding, training, and retention
• oversee staffing, technician scheduling, equipment, inventory, and daily branch operations
• ensure safety requirements, plumbing codes, and regulations are followed
• monitor KPIs, revenue, expenses, and profitability
• develop action plans and strategies for growth
• coach employees on performance metrics
• address escalated customer concerns
• review customer feedback and identify service improvements.
