The Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant role is onsite in Williamsport, PA, with stated starting pay of $12–$17 per hour, determined by experience. Interim HealthCare serves clients in Williamsport, Montoursville, Muncy, Hughesville, and surrounding areas. The aide provides personalized care and day-to-day assistance, helping clients with personal care and mobility while following individualized plans of care and communicating changes in condition to a supervisor.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
• perform range-of-motion exercises as assigned by PT/OT
• assist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning using wheelchairs or other devices
• follow individualized care plans
• provide medication reminders and basic medication administration
• notify a supervisor of changes in condition or status
• may accompany a client to a school setting.
