Afternoon Childcare Teacher

The Afternoon Childcare Teacher role is onsite in Greenwood, SC. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 3–6 p.m., and compensation is $11–$14 per hour. The teacher supports children during after-school hours at Kids' World/St Mark UMC. The role provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging setting where children can participate in activities, receive homework help, and build positive social interactions. It supports children’s well-being and learning through close supervision, organized activities, and communication with parents.

What you'll do

• Lead after-school activities, arts and crafts, and indoor and outdoor games.
• Supervise children to support their safety and well-being, assist with homework and positive learning habits, maintain a clean and welcoming classroom, and communicate with parents about children’s daily progress and behavior.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required or must be obtained upon hire.
