What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, offices, hallways, and other indoor and outdoor property areas
• operate floor cleaners, buffers, vacuums, snow blowers, and related equipment
• clean high areas using a ladder
• perform terminal cleaning and prepare rooms for new occupants, following isolation procedures where applicable
• maintain infection-control and standard-precaution practices
• report hazards, damaged equipment, and supply issues
• respond promptly and courteously to call lights in guest-care areas
• assist with admissions and room transfers
• help train new staff
• communicate with guests, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors
• attend meetings and in-services as directed.
