Extrusion Technician

The Extrusion Technician role is onsite in Sturtevant, WI. Compensation is $19–$25 per hour. The role supports production and equipment performance in the Extrusion Department. The technician assists with machine setups and production runs, monitors output and quality, and troubleshoots equipment and process issues. This work helps maintain safe, productive operations and consistent product specifications.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate extrusion-related secondary equipment, including mills, cut-to-length equipment, spoolers, and post-cure ovens
• assist with machine setups and production runs
• monitor output and quality
• troubleshoot and adjust processes
• interpret work orders, blueprints, specifications, and SOPs
• use measuring and inspection tools
• complete quality inspections and documentation
• maintain records and an organized work area.
