The Dietary Cook role is onsite in Richmond, VA, with compensation of $17–$17.50 per hour. The cook supports Glenburnie Rehabilitation and Nursing Center’s dietary team and its mission to attend to residents with integrity and attention to detail. The role prepares meals that meet residents’ individual dietary needs and preferences, helping the dietary team provide nutritious food while meeting dietary requirements and food-safety standards. Responsibilities also include menu planning, quality control, inventory management, and kitchen maintenance.

• Prepare and cook meals according to residents’ dietary needs and preferences
• work with the dietary team to meet nutrition, dietary, and food-safety requirements
• contribute to meal preparation, dietary compliance, menu planning, quality control, inventory management, and kitchen maintenance.
