What you'll do

• Prepare drinks using prescribed recipes and proper portions
• expedite orders and provide refills
• keep the bar stocked with liquor, glassware, and accessories
• account for cash, complimentary drinks, and charge receipts
• manage beverage supplies to support cost control
• maintain inventory at established levels
• communicate with support staff to prepare the bar for operations.
