Maintenance Technician is an onsite role in Minneapolis, MN, with stated pay of $26–$30 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aeon develops, owns, and manages affordable communities, and this role supports The Rose, The Jourdain, Pine Cliff, and The Wellstone. The technician helps keep residents’ homes and shared spaces safe, functional, and well maintained through repairs, preventive maintenance, apartment turnovers, and property upkeep. The role works with property management, building technicians, vendors, and residents to support reliable building operations and resident service.

What you'll do

• Complete service requests
• diagnose and repair building systems and apartment components
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain work-order and inspection records
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• maintain common areas and grounds
• assist with trash removal, seasonal upkeep, inspections, and vendor access
• communicate with residents and property staff.
