Home Care Nurse Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant

The Home Care Nurse Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant role provides one-on-one care in clients’ homes across Oahu, with flexible schedules and shift options. Starting pay is $21 per hour, with opportunities to earn more for overnight shifts, weekend assignments, premium cases, and specialized care. Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu provides individualized care to help seniors maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. The caregiver assists with personal care, companionship, medication reminders, meals, and light household tasks, and may accompany or transport clients to appointments and errands. The role follows individualized care plans and reports changes in clients’ conditions to support their safety and well-being.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• provide companionship and social engagement
• offer medication reminders as directed
• assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
• accompany or transport clients to appointments and errands when needed
• monitor and report changes in client condition
• follow individualized care plans.
