What you'll do

• Install cable pathways and copper and fiber-optic cabling
• terminate, label, route, and document cables
• organize telecommunications and equipment rooms
• install firestopping
• test, troubleshoot, and certify installations
• follow environmental, health, and safety procedures
• distribute materials and tools
• work independently or with a team to meet project schedules and quality standards.
