What you'll do

• Market the property and generate prospects
• build relationships with local businesses and community partners
• respond to internet, phone, and walk-in leads
• follow up and schedule appointments
• conduct property and apartment tours
• process applications
• maintain prospect and resident information in Yardi
• manage leasing paperwork and move-in procedures
• assist with resident retention and community events
• work with community management to meet leasing goals.
