What you'll do

• Provide strategic, administrative, and analytical support to the CENP Coordinator
• develop subject matter knowledge on victim notification and apply it in VNS, Sentinel, and CENPTS
• create and maintain SOPs
• train and guide analysts
• manage public-facing shared mailboxes and correspondence records
• liaise with partners
• quality-check victim data and notification forms
• maintain contact records
• track Sentinel leads and Victim Information Reports
• compile age-of-majority alerts
• and audit datasets for gaps and inconsistencies.
