The Cook position is onsite in Niles, IL. Compensation is $18–$19.38 per hour. Citadel Healthcare provides skilled nursing care and personalized support for residents and their families. The role coordinates meal service, follows dietary procedures, and processes diet changes to support residents’ individual needs.

• Review menus before food preparation

• complete required forms and reports
• coordinate meal service with other departments
• follow dietary procedures
• maintain and file menus
• help establish production lines for timely meals
• process diet changes and new diets
• prepare and present resident meals.
