What you'll do

• Perform production cook and back-of-house duties, including dishwashing, food preparation, cleanliness, and line cooking
• execute cooking techniques across stations
• follow recipes and presentation standards
• assist with training
• monitor quality, portioning, labeling, and storage
• maintain a clean work area
• communicate with front- and back-of-house teams
• and help resolve service issues.
