The Shift Leader is an onsite, full-time position located in Vienna, VA. Compensation is $17.00 per hour, supporting the daily restaurant operations at The Red Bird. This role exists to supervise daily restaurant operations and support the team during assigned shifts. The Shift Leader ensures excellent customer service, manages opening and closing procedures, trains team members, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and food safety to meet the restaurant's operational goals.
