What you'll do

• Clean vacant apartments and remove trash and debris
• perform minor drywall, painting, lighting, and faucet repairs
• inspect appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC
• collaborate with the Service Team on repairs and replacements
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• conduct routine property inspections
• report issues
• respond professionally to resident and guest requests.
