Job overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aide (HHA) role is onsite in Palm Coast, FL, providing in-home care to clients. Pay is $17 per hour. Right at Home Greater Jax provides home care services. Caregivers assist clients with activities of daily living and companionship, helping them with personal care, mobility, meals, and everyday needs. The role also supports clients with errands, appointments, medication reminders, and prescribed exercises.

What you'll do

• Assist with transfers and mobility
• perform light housekeeping
• prepare meals and snacks
• accompany clients to errands or medical appointments
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and shaving
• provide medication reminders
• assist with prescribed range-of-motion exercises
• provide dementia care and companionship.
