What you'll do

• Investigate claims, determine compensability, and administer benefits under New Mexico law and company guidelines
• manage medical treatment, authorizations, and billing
• establish reserves within assigned authority
• maintain file documentation and diary activity
• communicate with claimants, providers, vendors, clients, and internal partners
• report injury trends and safety concerns
• participate in client file reviews
• handle claims in other jurisdictions as assigned.
