What you'll do

• Answer crisis-line calls and escalate high-risk calls to crisis staff
• welcome participants and visitors respectfully
• shadow crisis staff during assessments for training
• complete follow-up calls and document interactions in the electronic health record
• participate in meetings and training
• provide administrative support
• and maintain confidentiality.
