The Cornea Surgeon / Ophthalmologist role is onsite in Lubbock, TX, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule of three to four clinic days and one to two operating-room days. Year-one guaranteed minimum compensation is $350,000 or more, based on experience; year two pays 35% of collections. The role is with an established ophthalmology practice with a support team and referral networks. The physician provides cornea-focused ophthalmology care in a practice with modern technology, immediate high patient volumes, and support from technicians, scribes, optometrists, and staff. The schedule lists no nights, weekends, or holidays and very minimal call, if any.

What you'll do

• Provide cornea ophthalmology care in clinic and operating-room settings.
• Work with the practice’s technicians, scribes, optometrists, and staff and participate in the established referral network.
