What you'll do

• Maintain professional relationships with residents, families, and staff
• respond to changes in resident status
• update service plans
• delegate staff assignments
• make resident rounds
• administer and document medications
• complete 90-day assessments and non-sterile treatments
• review medication sheets and physician orders
• maintain compliant records
• complete incident reports
• assist in the clinic
• support the 24-hour on-call rotation
• monitor nursing schedules
• and assist with staff evaluations.
