Staffing Coordinator

The Staffing Coordinator role is onsite in Brook Park, OH. Pay is $20–$24 per hour. The position supports the nursing department at East Park Care Community by coordinating staffing and schedules to meet residents’ needs. The role exists to help maintain appropriate nursing coverage and keep staffing operations organized. It coordinates schedules, employee records, orientation logistics, and communication with nursing staff and supervisors so the department can address coverage needs and improve services.

What you'll do

• Maintain employee contact information and attendance calendars
• prepare monthly nursing schedules and work schedules
• coordinate schedule variances with the Director of Nursing
• assist employees with scheduling forms
• maintain hiring, attendance, certification, and license records
• support new-hire orientation
• answer staffing and scheduling calls
• and report staffing issues, complaints, and grievances to the Director of Nursing.
