What you'll do

• Lead and complete residential retrofit installations and system changeouts for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and hot water tanks
• install and modify ductwork, refrigerant lines, drainage, electrical connections, and controls
• commission systems and verify operation
• troubleshoot installation challenges
• lead crews and mentor junior installers
• communicate with homeowners
• maintain safe, clean jobsites
• document work in ServiceTitan
• follow OSHA, EPA, and manufacturer requirements.
