What you'll do

• Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic exams
• perform routine and specialized CT exams, including the listed CTA and virtual colon studies
• minimize radiation exposure
• provide patient care
• use basic IV skills and post-processing software
• follow department protocols for scheduling, contrast, allergic reactions, and IV infiltrates
• schedule exams and adjust protocols to patient needs
• maintain patient flow
• order site supplies
• build protocols
• collect low-dose CT registry data
• provide virtual colon preparation and review requests
• fill in as lead CT technologist when needed.
