What you'll do

• Execute merchandising and sourcing plans for bikes, frames, and components across banners
• drive sales, margin, and inventory-turn goals
• manage the open-to-buy budget
• assess merchandise using market trends, compatibility, and sales history
• negotiate with vendors and onboard new suppliers
• manage purchase orders and inventory flow
• forecast demand and monitor category KPIs
• maintain product content, visual merchandising, and taxonomy standards
• partner with Planning, Marketing, and Creative
• mentor the Bike buying team.
