What you'll do

• Maintain compliance with applicable state regulations
• lead, mentor, and develop nurses, caregivers, and medication staff
• oversee resident assessments, care planning, and quality of care
• ensure medication management and clinical documentation meet company and regulatory standards
• recruit, coach, and retain the resident care team
• manage staffing schedules and labor resources
• partner with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers
• collaborate with the Executive Director and department leaders
• promote resident safety and employee engagement
• and participate in Manager-on-Duty and on-call rotations as needed.
