What you'll do

• Process Release of Information requests
• retrieve and compile medical records from EMR systems
• protect PHI in accordance with HIPAA
• generate reports
• perform related administrative work
• track requests and maintain organized documentation
• communicate with healthcare staff, patients, and requestors
• provide coverage when onsite staff are absent
• meet productivity and quality standards.

Why this role
