What you'll do

• Design system-identification experiments and fit dynamic models for robot subsystems
• own kinematic calibration workflows
• and build automated calibration and system-identification tools for production hardware. Develop robot behaviors and task-level intelligence across perception, planning, and control
• improve autonomy and arm accuracy using operational data
• integrate software and hardware
• resolve production robotics issues
• lead technical design reviews and architecture decisions
• and mentor engineers and technicians.
