Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is listed as $0.69–$31.20 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; overtime and Saturdays may be needed with notice. The technician supports building systems at corporate campuses and owned or leased properties. The role performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and general building systems. By responding to work orders, documenting inspections, and coordinating with contractors and other trades, the technician helps maintain safe and operational facilities.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement of building equipment and systems
• respond to scheduled, unscheduled, and preventive work orders
• address system problems and recommend solutions
• order and stock parts
• assist with testing and inspection checklists
• document maintenance in Corrigo
• inspect and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• coordinate work with trades and contractors
• respond to emergency calls during off-duty hours when specified threats or critical system failures occur.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED and specialized vocational training or equivalent work experience, at least two years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. Emergency calls during off-duty hours are part of the duties.
