What you'll do

• design, implement, and manage property maintenance strategies
• schedule inspections and system upgrades
• assess and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, including elevators, roofing, fire prevention and alarm systems, and irrigation
• test and calibrate equipment and evaluate system efficiency.
