What you'll do

• Conduct psychosocial assessments
• develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and/or family therapy
• address residents’ mental health and adjustment needs
• collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, social workers, and rehabilitation teams
• document care
• provide crisis intervention and behavioral management when needed
• and educate staff and families.
