What you'll do

• Manage project preconstruction and bidding
• develop and monitor budgets, schedules, and bid documents
• coordinate with the project superintendent
• prepare subcontracts and administer construction contracts
• track permits, contractor performance, safety, invoices, schedules, costs, selections, and RFIs
• lead project meetings
• communicate progress to owners and architects
• and manage project startup and closeout.
