What you'll do

• Assist clients with ambulation, transfers, positioning, bathing, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing, and eating. Support home management, safety, sanitation, and infection control
• take vital signs
• support proper nutrition
• implement Certified Nurse Aide services
• and discuss care plans and assignments with the supervisor. Maintain client-care documentation and communicate changes or concerns.
