Director, Solutions Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead the Solutions Engineering function and pre-sales technical strategy
• oversee customer discovery, technical qualification, demonstrations, solution design, proof-of-concepts, and workshops
• establish technical sales methodologies and operating processes
• align technical resources with sales priorities
• advise on strategic opportunities
• oversee RFP, RFI, proposal, security questionnaire, and technical assessment support
• partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Revenue Operations
• develop team leaders
• establish demonstration standards and playbooks
• monitor performance and capacity
• represent the function in pipeline reviews and customer strategy discussions.
