What you'll do

• Prospect for commercial business
• connect with facility managers, property managers, owners, and other decision-makers
• visit properties to assess needs
• recommend preventative HVAC maintenance and service
• develop and present proposals and agreements
• manage follow-up and sales opportunities
• convert relationships into recurring accounts
• identify future service and replacement opportunities
• coordinate transitions with dispatch, service, and operations
• maintain an organized sales pipeline.
