What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Health and Wellness with assigned duties
• create and post personal care staff schedules and address call-offs
• help maintain appropriate staffing
• ensure clinical care follows applicable laws and regulations
• assess resident needs and contribute to service plans
• coordinate with department staff on changes in care needs
• communicate with families about care changes or health concerns
• observe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations
• maintain resident confidentiality
• address incidents and unsafe conditions.

Why this role

Requires a current state license as a Licensed Professional Nurse or Registered Nurse. Assisted living, home health, or long-term care experience is required; two years as a licensed nurse and one year of nursing management experience are preferred.
