What you'll do
- Create makeup looks and demonstrate product knowledge
- provide customer service and personalized shopping experiences
- work toward event sales goals and sales-per-hour targets
- keep the counter customer-ready and maintain hygiene of displays, tools, and testers
- assist with inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising, new-launch displays, and events
- communicate counter needs to the field team
- manage schedules, timekeeping, and timesheets.
