What you'll do

• Assist in developing and implementing activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
• lead group activities such as arts and crafts, games, exercise classes, music therapy, and educational workshops
• provide one-on-one support
• set up and clean up activities
• document participation, responses, and observations
• collaborate with recreational therapists, social workers, and healthcare professionals
• participate in training and continuing education.
