SAFE Project Case Manager

The SAFE Project Case Manager role is in-person and full-time in Pittsburg, KS, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. Compensation is not specified. Catholic Charities Wichita’s SAFE Project supports people experiencing domestic violence through advocacy and community services. The case manager provides direct advocacy, safety planning, referrals, and economic advocacy while coordinating community resources. The role also builds awareness and access to services through partner training, outreach, orientations, classes, and support groups.

What you'll do

• Provide screening, intake counseling, safety planning, referrals, and economic advocacy
• train community partners and DCF service centers
• participate in outreach and present program materials
• plan and facilitate classes or support groups
• coordinate access to housing, mental health, and crisis resources
• maintain appointments, documentation, service data, and monthly DCF reports.
