What you'll do
- Provide services based on each individual’s Individual Program Plan and authorized service plan
- coach daily living and community skills including home management, meal preparation, budgeting, shopping, transportation, communication, safety, and community participation
- encourage choice and independence
- maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
- complete service documentation
- report incidents and safety concerns
- communicate with families, Regional Center representatives, supervisors, and support-team members as permitted.
