Night Production Assistant — 2nd Shift, 6 PM–6 AM

The Night Production Assistant works onsite in High Point, NC, on 12-hour shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM, Monday–Wednesday or Monday–Thursday. Pay is $20 per hour, with a $1 shift differential. LLFlex manufactures laminated flexible substrates and packaging and industrial solutions. This role supports production operations by helping operate equipment, move materials, maintain production records, and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards. Its work helps keep equipment running and production orders on schedule.

What you'll do

• Operate production equipment and maintain uptime
• check cut widths and weights
• flag defective material
• change adhesive drums and rolls and make splices
• monitor schedules and obtain specifications
• stage and move materials using a forklift
• complete job reports and production records
• inspect equipment and materials
• perform lab checks
• maintain GMP cleanliness
• communicate with the shift crew.
