The Graphic Designer role is onsite in Middleton, WI, and is full-time. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. The designer develops images, designs, and layouts for print and electronic media and serves as a link between sales/customer service and production. The role helps translate customer ideas into production-ready work while supporting customer needs and sales efforts.

What you'll do

• Create designs and layouts from written and spoken ideas
• receive customer files, preflight them, and RIP production equipment
• collaborate with the design team, Production Manager, and Sales from concept through production
• support sales by conveying customer messages
• interpret customer requests and communicate with customers
• maintain organized customer files and records
• provide backup for other design team members.
